CANDIDATE TERMS and conditions

  • I hereby authorise The Employment Co to represent me and present my CV and information to suitable companies agreed upon by myself and The Employment Co.
  • I consent to The Employment Co processing my personal information (which includes special personal information), for the purposes more fully described in the Privacy & Security Policy, and may include:
    • Contact details, such as name, email addresses, physical address, phone number
    • Criminal and/or convictions and/or judgements
    • Qualification Status including Institution or school verifications
    • Employment Status including references (which I have the explicit consent to share)
    • Combined Credit Bureau information
    • Government identifiers such as Driver’s License, Identity and Passport numbers
  • I consent to The Employment Co retaining my personal information (including special personal information) for further processing if it is compatible with the original purpose .Any person whom I listed as a reference may be contacted for any information which may be relevant to my application for employment.
  • Should I sign an employment contract through The Employment Co and I choose to resign within the first three (3) months of employment for any reason, other than retrenchment, job misrepresentation or reorganization, I will be liable to pay The Employment Co the recruitment placement fee in full, within 7 days of resignation and/or dismissal. The Recruitment Fee is 12% of the candidate’s annual income.
  • By accepting The Employment Co’s terms and conditions, I agree that I will at no time approach any of The Employment Co’s Clients directly, with the intent to seek employment or gain any information about the Client.
  • I acknowledge and undertake to contact The Employment Co immediately should the Client approach me in order to secure placement directly.
  • I agree to not use any official documentation of The Employment Co to apply for vacancies other than listed with The Employment Co.

The Employment Co will consider it a binding contract of acceptance of its terms and conditions once I agree to be interviewed and appointed by one of its clients.
